 SANDRA Šustić was born in 1983 in Split, Croatia.
Graduated in 2001 at the painting department, School of Fine Arts in Split, under the mentorship of prof. Jadranko Runjic.
In 2007 received diploma in restoration and conservation of easel painting and polychromed wooden sculpture at the Art Academy in Split, where she received dean commendations for the excellent results achieved during the study.
Same year enrolled a three-year Ph.D. in Art History at the University of Zagreb, Croatia, where she is currently attending the third year of the study under the mentorship of prof. Ivo Babic, PhD.
Currently, she works at the Department of easel painting at the Croatian Conservation Institute, Split.
Over the past decade she has been studying and researching the technology of old masters paintings and at the same time applying this knowledge in the process of making art replicas.
